Internal Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our in-house Recruitment Team at Micheldever Tyre Services. This role will be supporting our Retail business, Protyre, for all their recruitment needs: Service Technicians, Tyre Fitters, MOT Tests and Managers.

• Hybrid: 1-2 days in the office, 2-3 days working from home

About you:

You will have worked as either a Resourcer or Recruiter (either in-house or agency) ideally within a Technical environment. The successful candidate will:

• Be Social media savvy with experience of social media recruiting
• Have excellent communication skills, comfortable working with candidates at all levels and managing their expectations
• Be experienced in sourcing quality and volume candidates in a high-volume environment
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Have proven sourcing / screening experience, along with solid hands-on recruitment experience from understanding the requirements through to offer
• Have the ability to write good copy and excellent experience in advertising on a variety of platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn and a variety of social media
