Macildowie are thrilled to be working alongside a fantastic engineering organisation based in Nottingham looking for an Internal Recruiter to join on a permanent basis and really hit the ground running. They adopt an on-site working model.
The organisation are incredibly passionate about their people, and the work that they do, making them a market leader within their global market! You would be joining an energetic recruitment team, aiding the future growth of the organisation.
The successful candidate will:

• Drive recruitment throughout the organisation.
• Assist the coordination and administration of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Screen candidates and assist hiring managers in the recruitment process.
• Aid the onboarding of new employees into the organisation.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Be organised and driven in order to support the wider organisation.
• Be confident in communicating with candidates
• Be passionate about adding value to a high-energy, fantastic HR team.
