Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Source, interview, and recruit care assistants, nurses, and other social care professionals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Utilise various recruitment channels to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Candidate Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and department heads to understand staffing needs.
- Participate in recruitment strategy development and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Onboarding Support:
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Facilitate orientation sessions to familiarize new staff with the organization's values and policies
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the healthcare or social care sector
- Familiarity with recruiting care assistants, nurses, and other social care professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
