Internal Recruitment Coordinator

An expanding company in Farnham are hiring for an Internal Recruitment Coordinator, so if you are looking to kickstart your career within an exciting and vibrant office environment, then this role may be for you!
Whether you are a recent graduate (or equivalent) or come from a customer service or events background, your experience will be a great fit!
You do not need a background within recruitment; just a desire to learn and progress your career.
Work with a passionate team, who offer full support and training.
This role offers hybrid working after an initial training period with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home per week.
Key Responsibilities as the Internal Recruitment Coordinator:

• Update job boards and internal systems
• Liaise with candidates and clients, building strong relationships
• Resource for and pre-screen candidates
• Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
• General data entry, full training will be provided on their CRM/ATS system
• Liaise with recruitment partners and agencies
• Attend Recruitment events when necessary

Key Skills as the Internal Recruitment Coordinator:

• A keen graduate (or equivalent) or a background within customer service or events
• Excellent customer service
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, whilst also being very organised
• Motivated and ambitious to kickstart your career
• Great attention to detail
