A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic candidate with a positive outlook to join a growing company and become a key member of a busy team supporting the sales of their technical products.
Duties will include;-
Answering inbound customer and supplier calls and interacting with customers and distributors, both over the telephone and by email.
Working with the relevant teams to ensure excellent levels of customer service are maintained.
Accurate input of customer orders into the order-entry system and production of quotations, to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
Arranging shipping and logistics for both domestic and international despatches.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales support and customer service and thrive in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have;-
Previous customer service or sales support experience in a b2b office environment.
Experience with MS Office software especially Excel, Word and Outlook and database experience.
Experience in using Sage (ideally Sage 200) for quotations and order processing a great advantage.
Good attention to detail.
Polished communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and support functions.
