Total Pipeline Systems is a key supplier of gas, water, and electric pipes to various sectors across the UK. We are an award-winning firm that has continued to grow year on year.
We are looking for an Internal Sales Advisor to join our growing team based in Accrington on a full-time basis.
What does the role involve?
This role would suit someone who can work to a high standard in a fast-paced merchant environment. You will be one of the main points of contact and you will be providing the customer with the best service possible every step of the way. Your role will entail;
- Dealing with customer enquiries via phone, email and in-person
- Processing customer orders
- Liaising with suppliers and raising purchase orders
- Dealing with customer queries
- Using your initiative when quoting customers
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Working individually and as a team
What we are looking for
- At Total Pipeline Systems, we are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers.
- We need someone energetic and dedicated to the role, able to think on their feet with a good attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in a builders merchant or similar environment would be advantageous but not essential.
- Someone with good attention to detail who is friendly and approachable.

This role is Monday to Friday between 08.30 am and 5.00 pm.
