As the Internal Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for dealing with personal and existing customers to drive sales. You will look after customer orders from initial contact through to order and dealing with larger customers.
Description of the role:
- Contacting new leads to qualify potential new business.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Accurately logging customer information and orders onto the internal CRM.
- Working in collaboration with Area Managers to identify potential targets.
- Nurturing clients to continually develop business and orders.
About you:
- Experience within a similar Internal Sales roles.
- Strong relationship building and negotiating skills.
- IT literate, experience of using CRMs.
- Able to overcome objections and deal with customer queries.
