Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our client are seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to join their team at their facility in Malvern.
As an Internal Sales Engineer, you'll play a vital role in developing quotations and technical proposals, building strong relationships with clients, and providing pre-sales support. With your expertise, you'll help clients find the perfect solutions to meet their needs.
Salary circa £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent upon experience plus excellent benefits package.
As Internal Sales Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Dive deep into understanding the company products and services, staying updated on industry trends.
- Compile costs for standard products and maintain technical data sheets.
- Utilise your excellent presentation and communication skills to engage clients effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to propose solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Preparation of technical proposals and quotes.
- Provide customer centric support regarding queries relating to product functionality and technical specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders and colleagues.
To be successful in the position of Internal Sales Engineer, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven track record of successfully working within a similar capacity.
- HNC / HND Qualification (or equivalent) would be desirable.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated and tenacious.
- Strong commercial awareness
- Flexible approach and able to travel both within the UK and on an international basis when required.
This position is based in Malvern and is easily commutable from Worcester, Ledbury, Tewkesbury, Leominster, Bromyard, Cheltenham and Evesham.
