Renowned within their industry, they work with a range of customers from small engineering firms, startups to major multinational employers across various market sectors, with a global reach.

The position is permanent working Monday- Friday office hours, with a 15.30pm finish each Friday. Salary range is between £28,000- £33,000 per annum depending on skills/experience.
Overall role:
We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in sales or account management, ideally within the engineering or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive and enthusiastic attitude, coupled with a strong willingness to learn and grow within a B2B sales environment.
Duties:
- Responding to enquiries via phone/email
- Contacting new and existing customers by telephone
- Raising quotations and inputting orders
- Reading technical drawings
- Updating customers on their orders
- Following up on customer enquiries
- General office administration and supporting the Sales executives
Required skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Polite telephone manner
- Strong computer skills including MS applications
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and progress
