As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our company's growth strategy, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Leveraging your exceptional networking skills and strategic acumen, you will engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present our innovative solutions, and negotiate deals that drive mutual success. Job title: Sales Executive
Salary: £26,000 with an OTE of £40,000 +
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
HYBRID WORKING – As little as one week in the office per month based on performance! (After probation)
Location: Tamworth
The role:
- Conduct research to identify potential companies aligned with our customer base.
- Calling Business to Business potential clients aiming to speak to the decision makers to promote and sell our products and services.
- Offering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Overcome objections with finesse. Using your negotiation skills turn inquiries into solid leads and sales.
- Act as an account manager, cultivate relationships with new customers, enhancing their experience over the next 12 months.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience of working in an outbound sales role
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Brilliant time management
- Experience of working in a KPI/performance based environment
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients
