MCS Group have partnered with a leader in hospitality services to recruit an Internal Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and driven with 1 year outbound sales experience and able to commute to Co. Armagh. Offering £26k with bonus and routes to internal progression in a leading organisation.
Role
- Capture the outbound calls of hospitality customers, growing and developing business relationships and in turn increasing profits and sales.
- Supply product knowledge to customers.
- Process sales orders and deal with customer queries.
- Operate as the main point of contact for assigned customers, develop, and maintain long term relationships.
- Win new business by generating new leads and business relationships, this involves daily inbound and outbound calls.
Individual
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, telesales, and/or account management.
- Proven record of success in direct outbound sales, including a demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, online marketing, including social media.
- A natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
- Excellent telephone manner is essential.
