Our client, a leading metal stockholder in the Manchester area, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record in an Internal Sales position, looking to advance their career with a reputable and established company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing and new customer accounts.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery times.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and exceptional customer service.
• Process sales orders efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with the external sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an Internal Sales role, preferably within the metal or manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft
• A proactive and results-driven mindset.
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
