Internal Sales Executive urgently required to work for a specialist manufacturing organisation based in Lancing. We are looking for a "go getter", a passionate and experienced sales person who like to hit the phone, book appointments, demonstrations and make sales! The role will involve cold calling but also a lot of warm calls to existing or lapsed customers. You will be building relationships, developing a good market knowledge and awareness of the market place, new projects etc.

You will be selling a excellent range of USP (unique selling point) products for a specialist niche market so you will be trained and supported. This isn't selling 1's and 2's this is a project based interesting sales process selling within the values upto hundreds of thousands. Our client are blue chip companies and we work with both engineering consultants and specialist construction contractors, so need to be able to communicate at the same level.

the skill set we are looking for is from a fast moving role with the need for persistence and creative thinking, combined with technical ability as both the products and the industry we sell to are reasonably technical. We are at a very exciting stage of growth with a lot of potential so for the right person this could be a very interesting and financially rewarding role.

• Experience in sales, business development and using a CRM system.
• The role would include contacting new customers, opening doors, arranging appointments for sales reps, teams mtgs with clients, following up quotes and closing the sale.
• We sell throughout Europe and worldwide so a second language (FR, DE etc) a plus.
• Full time office based position in Lancing.
