Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with existing and potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote products and services. Identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Requirements: Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
