Internal Sales Executive

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive for a busy Distribution company based in Norwich.

You will be required to join a local business who are a leading distribution company within their specialised field. You will be responsible for leading a high level of customer service as well as product advice, processing orders and generating quotes for customers.

Responsibilities will include:

- Managing customer enquiries both over the phone and via email.

- Processing sales orders and quotes

- Updating the CRM and stock systems

- Liaising with suppliers and third parties.

- Day to Day Administration

- Account managing customers.

Previous experience working within a sales team, excellent communication skills and confident in using IT systems is required.

Salary will depend on experience and will be discussed at interview stage.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
