Our client, a national Electrical wholesaler are looking for a talented and ambitious sales professional to maximise and expand on their current and potential customer base.
This is a proactive Internal sales role involving.
Taking and making inbound and outbound calls from existing and new customers.Working in a team of Internal sales staffGood understanding of electrical products and electrical supplies.Clear telephone manner and the ability to provide exceptional levels of customer serviceA can do attitude - we always try to make it work for the customerAttention to detail & able to manage own workloadA positive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressureA proven track record of working in telephone sales in the Electrical Wholesale or similar trade industry is essentialAmbition to progress and achieve with a good sense of humour.Assisting on the trade counter when required.Willingness to assist in other areas of the business during busy/holiday periods.Revisiting dormant accounts and approaching with a view to account reactivation.Liaising with manufacturers to secure the best terms possible and quoting on special projects.
