Internal Sales Representative

The Role – Internal Sales Representative

If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing sales environment and enjoy being part of a close-knit team, this position could be perfect for you. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be the first line of response for inbound calls, process customer orders, manage sales requests, and support various departments to ensure smooth operations. We are looking for someone with strong verbal and written English skills, a good working knowledge of IT and ERP systems, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Experience in technical sales within an electrical or similar industry is desirable but not necessary. Key responsibilities of Internal Sales Representative

  • Serve as the first line of response for inbound phone calls, acting as a company ambassador.
  • Process customer orders using in-house systems.
  • Manage all customer sales requests, queries, and enquiries.
  • Handle customer orders, quotations, and enquiries efficiently.
  • Multi-task effectively, quickly switching between email requests and answering calls.
  • Report issues to the Internal Sales Manager, ideally with proposed solutions.
  • Support colleagues with orders, calls, and daily activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, financial, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide feedback, support, and updates to all Europa team members.
  • Experience and Knowledge requirements - While experience electrical technical sales is a plus, we value enthusiasm and a can-do attitude above all. Here's what we're looking for:
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-facing sales environment.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of IT systems and experience using ERP systems.
  • Understanding and appreciation of sales administration processes.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when needed.
  • Ideally, experience in technical sales within the electrical or a similar industry.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a team-oriented approach, even under pressure.
