My client is recognised as one of the leading installers of Soundproofing, Sound Absorption, and Underfloor Heating who have supplied and installed soundproofing solutions for a wide variety of UK companies for over 30 years.

About the Role:

  • Internal Sales Representative seeks new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with existing and previous customers.
  • Targeting main contractors & end-user clients the candidate will focus on outreach, generating supply and install sales enquiries.
  • Focuses on acoustic and underfloor heating systems/sound absorption systems.
  • Create opportunities within the building supply and install arena, including supply-only contracts.
  • As an Internal Sales Representative be the first point of contact for target customers.
  • Building a positive relationship with them ensures that the company is able to present solutions to the client's needs.
  • Understanding your target audience and how they operate is important .

About the Candidate:

  • Experience working as a Internal Sales Representative / Executive.
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of the construction application and requirements of the customer and then identify the appropriate products for the specific application
  • Ability to work smart, research, identify, and act on data
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced enthusiastic environment
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Tenacious and a liking for cold calling
  • Dealing with a wide range of order values
  • Open-minded and willing to learn
  • Demonstrate initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch
  • Team player but can work independently
  • Use a consultative selling approach to develop long-term relationships
  • Demonstrate outstanding networking skills across a variety of channels
  • Passionate about technology, keeps up to date with the latest industry advance
  • Ability to provide summarized findings and in-depth reports
  • CRM, ABI or Glenigans, Microsoft, and Google software experience
