Internal salesperson role within a forward thinking corporate asset finance and leasing solution firm. The firm was founded in 2004 and has gone from strength to strength, with the founder inputting their wealth of knowledge and experience they had acquired throughout their career, to form a successful firm with the common goal of providing all clients with the corporate finance solution to all purchasing requirements.

This is a fully in office role, based in Kings Langley, and is Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Internal Salesperson Position Overview
Client Engagement:
Proactively engage with corporate clients to understand their asset financing needs.
Provide information on our range of asset finance solutions and services.
Sales Process:
Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and identify potential corporate clients.
Effectively communicate the benefits and terms of our asset finance products.
Collaborate with the corporate sales team to meet individual and team targets.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about our asset finance products, financing structures, and industry trends.
Provide accurate and detailed information to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Proposal and Quoting:
Prepare and present financing proposals tailored to the unique requirements of corporate clients.
Assist clients in understanding financing terms, conditions, and pricing.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
Follow up with clients to ensure their ongoing asset financing needs are met.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
Document all client interactions, inquiries, and transactions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and operations, to facilitate smooth financing processes.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.
Internal Salesperson Position Requirements
- Experience in asset finance and leasing sales & cold calling is desirable but not essential
- Must be confident on the phone, polite, professional, personable, and an excellent communicator
Internal Salesperson Position Remuneration
- 35k plus a commission on leads generated that the sales team close
- Life insurance, health/medical insurance, and pension contributions
