Job description

Our client is a family run business, with an amazing product and customer centric approach. They have around 180 stores in the UK and a rapidly growing online, International and concessions business, with a major bluechip partnership deal recently announced. They really care about people, customers, and the communities in which they trade and are now looking for an International Administrator to be based out of their amazing Amersham head office, focusing on supporting overseas franchise partners. The role offers hybrid working with up to six days per calendar month home-working and the rest of the time-based working with our collaborative teams. This is a great role if you are thinking about a career in retail or want to develop your existing administration skills. There are lots of opportunities to learn and progress.

As International Administrator, you'll ensure the international territory operations team, and the stock and communications team are supported with the day-to-day running of their departments.

International Administrator - Responsibilities

- Preparation of weekly partner sales and stock analysis.

- Conference call minute taking.

- Updating reports using internal data systems.

- Updating internal process documents and Desktop price comparisons.

- Support International trip itinerary planning.

- Managing Partner queries via e-mail inbox.

- Supporting new partner launch projects.

- Processing partner orders.

- Working closely with other department to support on partner requests.

International Administrator - Required Skills

- Previous administration experience an advantage but not essential.

- Organised approach, strong attention to detail, with an ability to manage your time well.

- Great verbal and written communication skills.

- Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

- Ability to work well under pressure and able to use own initiative.
