Overview:
The focus of our business unit, the Multinational Benefits & Human Resources Consulting Team, is to provide our clients with a global solutions for their global workforce. We keep our clients informed of evolving challenges and issues in their respective industries and countries of operation. Our team provides the following services:

  • GVISOR – Research & Information services from country manuals to compliance news and alerts around the world

Responsibilities:
How you’ll make an impact
  • Focuses on retention of existing accounts by maintaining day-to-day client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Presents strategic initiatives to Area Vice President for consideration and deliver recommended solutions
  • Works successfully in a team-based environment, collaborative and accountable while working predominately independently
  • Provides day-to-day management of in-country benefits including international health & welfare plans (life, accident, short and long term disability, workers compensation, medical, dental, vision and EAP), retirement plans, leaves, incentives, perquisites and other HR-related issues
  • Identifying, researching, and coordinating internal/external resources in order to resolve a wide range of international HR-related issues
  • Coordinating the activities of local brokers in obtaining insurance quotations for plans in locations around the world
  • Developing recommendations to modify existing local benefit plans, implement new plans, and design benefits packages for start-up operations
  • Managing multiple projects while ensuring the quality and timeliness of client deliverables
  • Communicating complex matters clearly and concisely to clients and participating in client calls and meetings as necessary
  • Collaborates with other team members to recommend solutions/provide technical reports on various client issues
  • Completes analysis, data collection, market practice comparisons, drafting of presentations, and work directly with vendors on benefits-related projects
  • Delegates to and reviews project work of more junior colleagues, but no formal supervisory responsibility
  • Participates in the development of the department’s products and services offerings
  • Keeps abreast of all relevant laws and emerging regulations and trends
  • Will support on key projects and may lead smaller projects

Qualifications:
Required
  • 4 years client consulting & International Benefits experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Client account management experience.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Professional demeanor in attire, speech, and mannerisms.
  • Work history in some sector of the insurance industry.
  • Able to handle confidential information with maximum discretion.
Preferred
  • Experience in Global Employee Benefits Industry desired.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Experience with implementing retirement/pension programs a plus.
  • Financial Analyst or Actuarial experience desirable.
  • Specialized knowledge in a global region (Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA); Asia/Pacific; Latin America) strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to Finance, Tax, and Legal.
  • Fluency in foreign languages desirable.
