Job title:International Candidate Manager
Roles and responsibilities:
- Proactively Identify Potential Candidates: Utilize cold calling and other sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates for various teaching positions.
- Build and Maintain Candidate Pipeline: Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future recruitment needs, ensuring a steady flow of talent.
- Manage Full Recruitment Cycle: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating employment terms, and conducting reference checks.
- Provide Ongoing Candidate Support: Offer continuous communication and support to candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Maintain Recruitment Reporting: Regularly update recruitment reports and conduct analysis to track progress, identify trends, and implement improvements where necessary.
- Ensure Exceptional Customer Care: Address the needs and concerns of candidates placed by the International team promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Host Induction and Social Events: Organize and facilitate induction programs and social events for placed candidates to foster a sense of community and support.
- Resource Overseas Trained Teachers and International Candidates: Focus on sourcing and engaging overseas trained teachers and International Candidates interested in employment opportunities within the education sector in the UK
- Track Candidates' Timesheet Days: Accurately track candidates' timesheet days, ensuring timely and accurate bonus payouts to maintain candidate satisfaction and motivation.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and written communication skills.
- Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive and collaborative team player with a customer service focus.
- Experience sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Passion for building relationships and developing connections.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision to meet deadlines and targets.
- Knowledge of the UK, Canada, New Zealand, or Australian education system is preferred but not mandatory.
