Job description

Our client is a market leader in marketing, communications & printing and following a significant business expansion is now recruiting to strengthen their Customer Services team by looking for an International Customer Services Advisor.
For the International Customer Services Advisor, we are looking for an induvial with "an eye for detail" and accuracy, able to multi-task, with good communication skills and can follow process.
This will be a hybrid role, working from home, with once per week visits to the offices based near Stockport.
Key responsibilities for the International Customer Services Advisor will include:
* First point of contact for customer complaints and escalation point
* Update & provide tracking information to customers & internal managers
* Monitor, report and investigate customer complaints
* Handle customer enquiries, answering questions via the phone, or by email
* Provide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers
* Build relationships with customers
What we are looking for in the International Customer Services Advisor:
* German speaking (or French or Spanish or Italian) would be advantageous but not mandatory
* Excellent team working skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to multi task and manage multiple job
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Microsoft Office experience
