The Role
The Purpose of the Role:
This full-time role (12-month FTC) is based within our multi-disciplinary internal Design Studio. The primary focus will be on creating and delivering assets for our international partners. You will play a crucial role in implementing our new brand identity across various markets, covering many different stores and digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include developing and deploying everything from POS materials to social media and all things digital.
As a creative team we help to craft the look & feel of Holland & Barrett and its key brands, acting as a brand guardian, delivering exciting design and brand work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective relationship management of both internal and external stakeholders
- Consistent interpretation of design briefs delivering high quality creative output within the brand guidelines
- Presenting design concepts in meetings and managing feedback
- Any additional ad hoc design duties as required
Location:
This is a Hybrid role (equipment is all supplied) with 2 days a week based in our Nuneaton head office.
The Person
Key Requirements:
We are looking for a talented designer to join our close-knit studio team. We want someone passionate about design and clever concepts, with an eye for great layout.
Here's the sorts of things we look for:
- An amazing portfolio of great design
- Previous experience/knowledge in retail design is great, but not essential
- Must be fully competent in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. A working knowledge of Adobe After Effects would be nice, but not essential
- Understanding of the application of design across various touchpoints
- Acute attention to detail
- Organised and reliable
- Co-operative team player
- A talent for creativity and problem-solving
- Ability to work across channels and departments
