International Head of Reward

Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a global FTSE 100 and one of the UK's most well-loved brands with their search for a Head of International Reward. This is a newly created role reporting into the Global Reward Director.
Your role will have a number of responsibilities including:
- Leading an international team of Reward specialists to shape, design and deliver a highly competitive reward offering
- Working on multiple projects including incentive plan design, pay transparency, talent retention and job evaluation
- Supporting with and leading on mergers and acquisitions
- Working with the pensions and benefits teams to help with competitiveness and to ensure they are market leading
We are looking for a highly experienced total reward professional, who has a track record of successfully developing and delivering reward strategies and is comfortable being a virtual team manager. The role will require international travel.
