International Internal Business DeveloperAn International Internal Sales Developer is wanted to take this brand newly created position within their Global Sales team. Reporting directly into the CEO of the group, this position will see you being responsible for the proactive engagement of their international client base across the Middle East, Europe and more.This role focuses on engaging with our international clientele, nurturing relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a knack for identifying sales opportunities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment. With this being a new position, it allows for the role to be shaped and moulded to the success of the person that takes this great opportunity up.
Business Developer Role Overview
Act as the primary point of contact for international clients and country sales agents, addressing their inquiries, and providing product/service information.Proactively reach out to potential and existing international customers and country sales agents to identify sales opportunities.Develop short and long term strategic account plans across all customer base to further pro-actively contact and develop the size of the accounts and growth of them.Collaborate closely with the International Sales Manager and country agents to develop and implement strategies to achieve international sales targets.Work with the international Sales Managers to identify new client opportunities or distribution channels that can be targeted and won.Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and sales contracts to clients remotely.Coordinate closely with internal departments (such as customer services, logistics, marketing, product management and finance) to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in international markets.Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager/team.Experience & Skills RequiredThe successful Business Developer candidate will demonstrate the following:
Proven track record in internal sales roles, preferably in an international or B2B environment.Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and export processes is advantageous.Fluency in multiple languages would be beneficial but not essential.Excellent time management and organisational abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Whats on Offer
