Job description
You will be based at Luton Airport. As an IPS Interviewer, you will work as part of a small team honing your interpersonal skills to persuade international arriving and departing passengers to participate in the survey. IPS shifts are allocated on a 6 weekly basis with a mixture of AM & PM weekday and weekend shifts. Depending on your site, shifts lengths vary from 4 – 8 hours.
You will be employed on a 12 month fixed term contract for 1248 hours per annum. This broadly equates to 24 hours per week. More information on annualised contracts and how they work can be found in the candidate pack.
Flexibility in when you can work is a requirement of our business. Therefore, if you have any regular set commitments on any day of the week, this will preclude you from applying.
Your salary is paid monthly. The full-time equivalent (37 hours per week/1924 hours per annum) starting salary rate is £22,699
The actual salary is paid pro-rata; for this job it is £14,723 per annum.
