Part-time: 18.5 hours per week (0.5fte)
About this role
Sitting within the University of Chichester Business School / International Programme team, the International Programme Administrator role will be at the heart of a vibrant and busy department. Based at the Chichester campus you will provide efficient, effective and professional administrative support to the staff, students and other stakeholders in the Department, to enhance administrative processes and the staff and student experience. This includes welcoming international students (mainly from China), and providing a range of general administration tasks to ensure the efficient and professional support of our International Programmes and International Students.
About you
You will demonstrate a broad knowledge of administrative practices and processes that support the delivery of a professional, customer focused service. You will have a good standard of education with a high level of literacy and numeracy and knowledge of administrative systems. You will demonstrate outstanding accuracy and attention to detail and will have experience of working in a busy environment, working to tight deadlines. Demonstrable knowledge of maintaining and reviewing administrative systems is essential as well as being prepared to learn new and innovative systems.
The ability to build good rapport and relationships quickly is a must, as well as an understanding of different culture and customs.

The International Programme Administrator sits within the wider Psychology, Business and Human Sciences team based on the Bishop Otter Campus, Chichester.
