About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our Student Services Team as an International Student Support Officer. Within this role you will be supporting and enhancing the International Student experience throughout their Edge Hill journey. You will be assisting students from arrival through to departure; orientation and welcome, delivering a social programme of activity as well as providing advice, support and guidance throughout their studies.

About You
As International StudentSupport Officer you will have:
- Previous experience providing support and signposting through different types of events, making people feel at ease and welcome
- Excellent customer service experience, offering appropriate guidance and support where necessary
- Experience supporting or working with International students
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with IT Systems
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable manner
- Ability to build relationships quickly
