The Used Car Operations team is responsible for the overall business focused on the intake, refurbishment, and resale of all used Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles, as well as vehicle title management for Tesla’s leased deliveries. We ensure ownership documentation is quickly transferred to and from our customers. We are a team that constantly challenges the status quo to revolutionize the trade-in and used vehicle purchase experience, employing a Tesla factory-like approach to optimize our operation.
As a Project Management intern, you will identify, propose, and lead the implementation of projects that directly improve areas of opportunity that increase our operational capacity. You will work cross-functionally with internal Tesla stakeholders and external partners on an array of policy/compliance, digital, and business operations projects while representing the interests of the used car business. You are a dynamic critical thinker who can relentlessly research, identify issues/opportunities, propose solutions, carry those solutions through to implementation, and then report on resulting impacts.
