Responsibilities
- Responsible for carrying out detailed and accurate inventories and checkouts, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Oversee and manage the checkout and deposit return processes, ensuring they are conducted in strict accordance with company policies and procedures, maintaining professional standards at all times.
- Manage general office administrative tasks.
- Coordinating and scheduling inventories and checkouts, whether conducted internally or by an outsourced team.
- Reviewing, verifying, and saving returned inventories.
- Administering end-of-tenancy bookings on checkout portals.
- Organising and managing property keys as necessary.
- Be prepared to handle various ad hoc administrative duties as they arise, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in property management and administration is preferable but not essential.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
- Great attention to detail.

Job Title: Inventories Clerk
Location: Worthing
Salary: 22,000 - 26,000 per annum
Full Time: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
