Property Inventory Clerk

We are looking for someone to work as a property Inventory Clerk within the Nottingham area. The role will begin on a part-time basis with the potential to grow depending on results. Immediate start for the right person.
Full training will be pprovided by Quality living. You will need your own transport and ipad
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
To carry out property inventories, inspections and assessment reports in line with agreed timescales and service standards
To compile the reports via our in-house software ensuring that all reports are accurate and complete
To collect and return keys to and from Estate agents ensuring they are returned immediately following the inspection
To meet tenants or agents at the properties at the agreed times
To ensure that all appointments are attended on time
Are you:
- Reliable and conscientious
- Positive and energetic
- A self-starter who can work unsupervised
- A caring attitude with a diplomatic approach
- Well organised and a good communicator
- Able to work daytime normal school hours (09:00 – 15:00) plus one evening per month
- Computer literate
- A car owner with valid license
We provide a comprehensive in-house training programme designed to equip you with the required in-depth understanding of both the lettings and property inventory sectors.

Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
