Inventory Control Manager - Wokingham (hybrid) - Perm - £40-50K plus bens
Great opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Inventory Control Manager to join our clients team.
As a leading supplier of electronic solutions, our client takes pride in providing top-quality products to a wide range of markets including Environmental, Industrial , Medical, Transportation and Aerospace & Defence.
We need someone who is experienced in inventory planning/management or order fulfilment with knowledge of ERP systems. We want someone who can hit the ground running and implement process improvements that will increase efficiency, you’ll likely have a background in production.
Our ideal candidate has extensive experience working with European offices and cross-business functions. You’ll be responsible for managing a well-established team, collaborating with customers and suppliers, innovating solutions to meet customer needs, acting ethically, exploring new technological advances, and building strong relationships across the organisation.
In addition to being analytical with excellent communication skills, you should also be able to manage KPI performance outcomes effectively.
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential as well as the ability to build lasting relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
You’ll need great people management to get the best from the high performing team.
If you have at least 3 years of experience as an Inventory Control Manager in the electronics sector with knowledge of best practices in supply chain and inventory management - and ready for your next challenge - then we would love to hear from you!
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Inventory management
- Forecasting and profiling
- Monitoring of inventory levels & turns
- Backlogs & stock rotations
- Quarterly 1-to-1 meetings with your team
- Manage monthly PO review
