In protecting those Regulatory Investigations play a critical role in dealing with investigations and cases of Whistleblowing in an efficient and appropriate manner.
What you'll need
As an Investigations Coordinator you will be acting as a key member of the team, supporting the Regulatory Investigations team in the day-to-day running and coordination of investigations. The scope of work will include, but not be limited to: Ensuring all investigation files are correctly stored and trackers are updated, supporting on case work as and when required including reviewing data, handling all departmental SAP related Purchasing activities (raising shopping carts/purchase orders). This represents a fantastic opportunity for someone to be come embedded within the Investigations team which will in turn, provide exposure to the wider Audit, Compliance, Ethics & Risk department.
Knowledge, skills & experience
Essential
  • Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to your work to handle multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
  • Experience of MS O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Tableau preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient note taking skills.
