Role: Investigation Specialist (Welsh)
Office Location: London
Work Form: Fully onsite (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (pro-rata) + Excellent Benefits

Our client is one of the biggest market research agency in the world and they are looking for an investigation specialist to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to join a truly global business, and work in a multinational environment with excellent team support, training, and access the best tools available to do the job. You will need to be inquisitive, have high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Your day to day would be:
- Investigation of online behaviour.
- Conduct in-depth interviews - Flexible structure, interactive approach, deep exploration of view-point (follow-up questions), and generative for target audience.
- Collection of qualitative data.
- Data consolidation.
- Understand interviewees behavior, attitude, and perception.
- Communicating with clients and customers via phone and email and face-to-face when required.
- Meet weekly deadlines, targets, and quality standards
The right candidate will have the following requirements:
- You are fluent in both Welsh and English (written and spoken)
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent
- You can deal with difficult issues and communicate well with customers and clients
- You are independent and can work very well alone
- You are costumer focused and can think on your toes
- You have strong organisation skills
- You are experienced with Microsoft Office and generally tech-savvy
- You can keep a high level of confidentiality
