Citivale are headquartered in York and act as a developer, operating partner, and asset manager in the business space segment across the UK with over £460m AUM. The group launched GreenBox, a large-scale joint venture platform with Partners Group, in 2023, to provide new-build industrial and logistics schemes with genuine market leading ESG credentials.
With two sites underway and a strong UK-wide pipeline, Citivale is now looking to further strengthen the team with the appointment of an Investment Analyst. The successful candidate will be joining a lean, dynamic, and entrepreneurial team who are well-capitalised through a strategic minority Private Equity backer who have ambitious growth plans.
This will give the appointed Analyst the opportunity to work in a high deal flow environment, directly on the Group's strategic initiatives, supporting on all aspects of deal origination, evaluation and execution, analysis, and due diligence.
