The Role:
In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning the financial goals with social impact objectives, ensuring that investments in social housing are sustainable, profitable and beneficial to your community.
Key Responsibilities
- Working to raise capital from wide range of sources.
- Overseeing the performance of investments and ensuring projects stay financially on track.
- Communicating with various stakeholders such as investors, government bodies and community groups.
- Measuring and reporting the social impact of investments.
- Work closely with community organisations.
- Oversee Budgets for investment projects.
