Job Summary:
As the Investment Supervisor – Asset Servicing, you’ll lead, manage, and develop their Asset Servicing Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to both external and internal clients. Your role will involve overseeing operational functions, maintaining a focus on continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of professionalism and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Asset Servicing Team to achieve performance targets and maintain professional standards.
- Plan, implement, and scale an efficient Asset Servicing Team capable of supporting strategic growth.
- Manage external relationships with custodians, third-party administrators, and fund managers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, implementing appropriate remedial actions.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar financial services role is essential.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
- Diligent, conscientious, and detail-oriented.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent.
- Introduction To Securities – CISI (desirable).
