Your role as an Investments Support Manager:
You will ensure that our investment projects are completed to the highest of standards within agreed budgets on time to ensure an effective delivery of people, technology, and process change. You will be working with all departments across the business, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
You will constantly review and challenge to ensure that the highest standards are achieved. You will address any concerns along the way, with your great communication style. You will be a natural at making informed decisions based on available data.
You will have excellent planning and implementation skills to ensure that we can maximise our financial returns.
- Accountability for the end-to-end process for all sites which are part of the Greene King pubs division investment programme including mothballs, closures, acquisitions, transfers and brand swaps.
- Work across the Greene King pubs Division to define business requirements and the required investment project outputs
- Understand the Greene King pubs division and the investment priorities by format to ensure efficiency of investments
- Support financial and programme plan to maximise the financial returns through planning and implementation
- A relentless focus on meeting time critical deadlines and ensuring ROI performance is maximised through effective launch planning locally and across wider media platforms
- Experienced in delivering commercially focused investment projects for a fast paced, high end, high growth business
- Commercially astute with the ability to produce business plans that demonstrate clear business benefits and return on investment
- You will have a direct and significant impact on the profitability of the business and as an experienced Project Manager you will have an insatiable hunger to drive and support the Greene King pubs growth ambitions
- Great at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external, through listening and adjusting communication style to meet the needs of the audience
- Strong all-round communication skills including delivery and presentation of information to all levels, as well as regular presenting to Senior Management and Management Teams
