A global investment firm is looking for an experienced Analyst to join their London Client Solutions team. You will play a key role in supporting the business development and Investor Relations needs of the firm.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Meeting investors, resolving queries and requests and tracking any requests
- Liaising closely with internal portfolio managers and sales teams
- Creating and maintaining marketing collateral
- Working with fund administrators on KYC/AML requirements
- Preparing and completing RFPs and DDQs
- Seeking out and reporting on public mandates for the team’s consideration including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs
- Managing the data quality and oversight of the data room
- CRM management using in-house software
The skills you need to bring:
- 1-2 years’ IR experience
- Very strong work ethic
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Degree educated with firm knowledge of investments
- Experienced with KYC and CRM management
- Quick thinker and “can-do” attitude, excellent time management skills
- Excellent MS Office skill including advanced PowerPoint and Excel
