SalaryOur client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a talented individual to join their esteemed IP team in London on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave. This is a unique opportunity to become part of one of the largest and most dynamic IP teams in the city.

Role Overview:
- Provide advice on a wide range of brand-related IP ssues (both contentious and non-contentious).
- Manage worldwide trade mark and design portfolios.
- Conduct clearance searches and handle prosecution issues.
- Draft settlement agreements and manage trade mark disputes.
- Conduct in-use investigations and research.
- Supervise and train junior team members.
- Build and develop client relationships.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Ideally 2+ PQE with experience gained at a leading law firm or IP practice.
- Ability to manage portfolios and client relationships with minimal supervision.
- Exposure to international portfolio management, clearance projects, contentious IP matters, global enforcement, domain name disputes, and registry/court proceedings.
- Excellent academic achievement and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Desire to work in a truly international firm on cross-border matters.
- Strong presentation skills and a willingness to improve.
- Working knowledge of the full spectrum of intellectual property rights.
