Intellectual Property (IP) Paralegal (In-House)

We are working with a listed multi-national business who are looking to recruit an IP Paralegal to join their team in Leeds. Reporting to the IP Counsel, this role involves assisting with various Intellectual Property (IP) matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering and maintaining IP assets
• Handling IP applications, renewals, and amendments
• Managing IP disputes and enforcement
• Conducting IP risk assessments
• Providing IP training and support

Skills and Capabilities:

• Strong understanding of IP principles and practices, with some paralegal experience gained in this area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
