Key Responsibilities:
Legal Advice: Offer comprehensive and tailored legal counsel on various aspects of intellectual property law, ensuring clients' assets and rights are robustly protected.
Case Management: Take charge of a portfolio of IP cases, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach from initiation through to resolution.
Advise on contentious and non-contentious matters
Represent clients in IP litigation and disputes when necessary.
Client Interaction: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear, concise, and effective communication.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across different departments, contributing to the firm’s holistic service offering and reinforcing its position as an IP leader.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: Fully qualified solicitor with 2-6 years of PQE
Experience: Proven track record of handling a broad spectrum of IP matters, with a particular emphasis on litigation and advisory services.
Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, coupled with a strategic mindset towards problem-solving.
