Are you an experienced IQA? Do you have experience of verifying and assessing various Apprenticeship standards in Information Technology?
A role has become available with one of the UK's fastest growing Providers of Skills & Apprenticeship Training. They are currently expanding their team and are looking for an Internal Quality Assurance professional with experience of verifying the quality for apprenticeship standards across Information Technology, covering core areas such as Network Engineering and IT Support/Technician.
You will work alongside the Operations Managers to develop the quality of provision provided by the apprenticeship coaching team. The main aims being to work closely with the team and establish effective ways of coaching to improve learner progression, satisfaction and success rates in a timely manner. You will be required to ensure that all End Point Assessment standards, policies, and processes are maintained and produce sampling plans based on risk.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
· Motivating and encouraging the quality of learning and development
· Recording and reporting on activity to management, in a timely and professional manner
· Sample apprentice portfolios at different milestones across the learner journey
· Undertake observations of teaching, learning and assessment with the Coach
· Hold regular standardisation meetings for all team members
· Support on External Quality Assurer visits and/or EPAO relationships
· Actively develop new initiatives and methodologies to impact delivery
· Ensure best practices and be aware of Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities
Your current experience will incorporate:
· Internal Quality Assurance Experience
· Work Based Learning qualifications (i.e. V1 / A1 or equivalent)
· IT / Network Engineer related qualifications
Salary & Benefits:
· Basic salary up to £40,000
· Annual bonus of up to 10%
· £4,200 Car Allowance
· Minimum 23 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays
