Service Team Manager – Sexual Violence
Salary: £33,063, rising to £34,849 post-probation
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Holiday: 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 after 5 years) plus bank holidays
Base: Swindon & Wiltshire (Dependent on location)
Contract: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for a new Service Manager for their Wiltshire ISVA Service.
Your role will involve formulating and executing strategies and operational plans, leading national abuse strategy partnerships, and representing the charity effectively in multi-agency collaborations.
Responsibilities also include:
* Proactive service outreach to enhance service utilisation and accessibility
* Monitoring and reporting on charitable grant funding and contractual KPIs
* Leading service compliance in areas such as information governance, accreditations, training, safeguarding, equality and diversity
* Full participation in the out-of-hours duty management rota, operating 24/7/365.
Essential Requirements:
* Management qualifications at degree level or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrable IT proficiency with Microsoft products.
* Ability to travel across Swindon and Wiltshire.
