Your new role
As an IT & Facilities coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and Facilities. You'll work closely with various teams to maintain efficient processes and support day-to-day operations.

• Provide technical assistance to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
• Assist in managing IT assets and licences.
• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
• Liaise with external vendors for facility-related services.
• Maintain accurate records of IT and Facilities-related activities.
• Assist in drafting policies and procedures related to IT and Facilities management.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in IT support or facilities coordination is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
