Responsible for managing, supporting and developing (including replacement) one of the key IT Applications that the entire Organisation relies upon. Financial Systems currently include Integra. They will be part of a growing team that will support all Core Praxis Line of Business Applications and will provide backfill first line basic support on other Core systems as part of this team. They will part of the overall IT team who manage Cloud systems such as Azure and Microsoft 365. The infrastructure currently runs in a VMware and Citrix environment which spans over 150 plus sites, 120 plus hosts and 2500 plus devices and is being migrated to Azure. Significantly this role will include implementing Financial related Projects, Change Management, Project Management, Developing and maintaining Technical documentation for the Helpdesk team and Users along with any necessary User training required. Keeping User Training notes current whilst Managing upgrades with UAT are key tasks. They will be expected to be the Financial Application champion encouraging the most effective use of the systems by all Users. They will provide 2nd/3rd line technical support on the Financial systems to the IT Helpdesk team and Users across the Organisation, supported by the Infrastructure Team, external Suppliers and working alongside the Service Development team on Project rollouts..
