Overview
Collaborating within an IT Support team, and reporting to the Operations Manager, the IT Applications Support Analyst will provide assistance and support for a wide variety of technical applications, systems and hardware across the organisation. We have plans to modernise our IT systems over the next 5 years, including upgrades of software and hardware, and introduction of new infrastructure.

The client
Large public sector organisation within the housing sector. Their IT Team is based out of their Belfast HQ and the IT Team are responsible for looking after the technical services infrastructure for the organisation.
About you
- IT Support experience across both hardware and software, in a face-to-face and remote structure.
- Strong communicator and positive team player.
- Keen to learn and bring value to the team
- IT Degree / HND or similar
What you'll do as an IT Applications Support Analyst
- IT support of organisation's infrastructure.
- Providing help desk, on site and ticket support
- Support IT projects including application configuration, testing, training etc
- Be a team player, willing to take on responsibilities to meet organisation and department goals.
