IT Apprenticeship Coach

IT Apprenticeship Coach - Remote - Permanent - £35,000-£45,000 plus bonusAre you an experienced Assessor, Coach or Trainer? Do you have experience of delivering apprenticeships?The purpose of this job is to coach learners working towards their apprenticeship qualifications in areas such as Level 3 ICT standards and Network Engineer Level 4. This role will entail predominantly one to one coaching with apprenticesResponsibilities:? To support and deliver IT apprenticeship standards? To prepare materials and practical work for classes within your teaching commitment? Meet the demands of the curriculum? To coordinate the delivery of the course and to ensure that full documentation of the course is in place and that learner progress is monitored and assessed.? To help maintain records of learner attendance and progression.? To help learners prepare for their end point assessment? To work with the staff to create a constructive working environment of support and cooperation.Your current experience and responsibilities will incorporate: Good communication and presentation skills Experience of working with young people Ability to track learner progress and mark learner assignments Person Specification Experience as a Network Engineer/Infrastructure Technician/ICT Skills Coach or any other relevant industry experience Required: Assessor qualification such as TAQA, A1 or suitable IT degree Desirable: Relevant IT Vendor qualifications such as CISCO CCNA, AWS, Azure, CompTIA A+, Network+, ITILIf you are interested in the IT Apprenticeship Coach role, please contact TeachTech Solutions
