Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a IT Asset Management Consultant based in Bedfordshire for an initial 8 month contract.

Job Spec:
- Service design recommendations already in place (process and tech changes) done by service design analyst, aligned to ITIL 4 practices
- CMDB – foundational capabilities are in place – BMC Discovery was used – PoC was done for cloud assets
Main Responsibilities:
- A senior ITAM SME (Director/VP bridge) to bridge the gap
- Transform the ITAM service management function
- Implementation required, joining the dots
- Connect the function with business/infra/engg.
- Asset tagging, integration tooling, new process design are needed
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills required to ensure stakeholders across engineering, infra, business, risk, operations, etc. are managed well.
